Catamount Wind will repurpose former mine lands to generate reliable, affordable, local energy in West Virginia as demand for new generation continues to climb. The project is in a remote area near existing power lines, coal infrastructure, power plants, and railroads. Catamount Wind will generate enough energy to power over 73,795 West Virginia homes each year.
