A launch pad for a new, fulfilling career path.

Overview

Renewable energy ranks as one of the fastest-growing sectors of our national and local economy. Clearway’s wind technician pilot training program offers an exciting opportunity to previous coal industry employees or those looking to start a rewarding career in the renewable energy industry. Through fully-funded apprenticeships and a partnership with Eastern West Virginia Community and Technical College, our program offers a fulfilling, high-value learning experience.

The apprenticeship training is valued at over $20,000.
Training includes basic electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic principles, safety training and technical training.
Upon completion, qualifying candidates may receive competitive offers for employment at a Clearway wind farm.
